Head of Team of Prevention and Outreach, Europol

Emmanuel Kessler has joined Europol in 2020, as the head of Prevention & Outreach in EC3, the Cybercrime Centre of Europol. His team covers public private partnership, outreach, prevention & awareness, E-governance, cooperation with external partners.

Previously, he was the head of staff of the national cybercrime unit in France (OCLCTIC), covering international and EU cooperation matters, operational coordination. He started to work on cybercrime in 2011, as cyber cooperation officer in the Department of international cooperation (DCIS) of the French Ministry of Interior.
