Cristian Lucci, a Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, began his professional career working for major companies such as Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, where he gained solid expertise in the tech sector. In 2014, he joined IBM following the acquisition of CrossIdeas, an Italian cybersecurity company where he was a partner. CrossIdeas developed an innovative Identity Governance product that remains part of IBM’s catalog to this day.

At IBM, Lucci served as Quality Manager in the Security Lab, contributing to the enhancement of cybersecurity solutions. Later, together with other core team members from CrossIdeas, he co-founded Sharelock, a startup with the ambitious mission to revolutionize the cybersecurity industry through artificial intelligence.

Beyond his professional career, Cristian is a father, husband, nerd, and passionate entrepreneur, always seeking new challenges to innovate and improve the cybersecurity landscape.
