Claudia Quadrino has more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector. After working with Central Public Administration and Enterprise companies, she acquired specific skills in the world of Big Data. 

She joined Sfera in 2011 with the role of Account Manager, until becoming in 2021 Managing Director of Sferanet srl, a company of the Olidata Group, system integrator providing complete solutions to drive B2A and B2B markets towards Digital Transformation. 

In 2022, he took on the position of Sole Director of Sfera Defence, an innovative startup combining Defence and Cyber Security with Artificial Intelligence, and of Managing Member of the Olidata S.p.A. Foundation. 

Since 2023, she has held the position of Managing Director of I.CON Group and I.CON Real Estate, companies of the Olidata Group.

During her career, she has dedicated herself to issues such as the inclusion of women in the world of work. She has always valorised the role of people with cognitive disabilities, and for this she was appointed Ambassador of Ability Garden.

Since August 2024, she has been Managing Director of Olidata SpA.
