Antonio La Gatta, born in 1970, is an electronic engineer specialized in technological innovation and scientific research. He earned his degree from the University of Naples Federico II and has collaborated with international research institutions, including Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the US Naval Research Laboratory. He has served as Chairman at international conferences and has received numerous awards in the biomedical, energy, and defense sectors. He has taught courses on quantum mechanics and the implementation of cryptographic algorithms, among others. He has developed patents in the fields of energy and medical devices, collaborating with prestigious entities such as Ferrari, ENEA, and Texas Tech University, and has led numerous innovative research projects. As a member of the Quantum Technologies Coordination Group of the Italian Government and an Expert at the Department for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition, he actively contributes to shaping national strategies for the development of quantum technologies and the country’s digital transformation.
