In 2023, BV TECH completed the acquisition of the Arturai Group, a key player in the ICT cybersecurity market, specifically in the provision of global cloud security, enterprise security, and web performance services based on the Akamai platform. This operation significantly contributed to the Group’s growth, international expansion, and the strengthening of its strategy and presence in the cybersecurity and digital transformation markets. In 2025, BV TECH continued to grow, reaching €205 million in revenues and an Ebitda of 22.4%.
