For 2 years Head of the Telematics Security Center of the Carabinieri (Headquarters CISO). 1 year PNRR Technical Leader of the Carabinieri. For 2 years Director of the Telematics Directorate of the Carabinieri (Headquarters). Current Contract Execution Manager for Carabinieri PSN projects.

For 3 years he has been studying and experimenting in the fields of Quantum Computing and Quantum Communications with cybersecurity and cracking purposes.
