Roberto Setola

Professor, University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome and Director of Master in Homeland Security

Biography

Roberto Setola is full professor at the engineering faculty of the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome and Director of the Masters in Homeland Security.

For over two decades it has been carrying out research in the field of critical infrastructure protection and for the cybersecurity of the Operational Technologies by collaborating with the main national and international players. He is currently the coordinator of two research projects co-financed by INAIL on the use of OSINT techniques to combat aggression against workers in the transport sector (STW) and for the management of emerging risks and cybersecurity in the process industry ( DRIVERS).

It also collaborates with the Office of the Military Advisor of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the aspects related to the new European directive on the Resilience of Critical Infrastructures.
