Deputy Director, Department of Security Intelligence (DIS)

During her prefectural career since 1990 she has held a number of positions in the Cabinet of the Ministy of Interior, particularly in the public safety, anti-mafia and organized crime departments.

After a period in the Ministry of Justice as Head of the Secretariat of the Minister, in 2017 was appointed as Police Vice-Chief undertaking police coordination and planning functions.

In 2020 she was nominated Prefect in Florence, and since September 2021 she has been appointed as Vice-Generale Manager of Information and Security Department (DIS) established at Italian Presidency of the council of the Ministry.
