Entrepreneur and innovator, born in 1969, appointed by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to lead 3-I S.p.A., a new public company for the maintenance, management and development of digital technologies for INPS, INAIL, ISTAT, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Labor and of social policies.

Specialized in expert systems engineering with neural networks and master in industrial process engineering and construction of systems and components in potentially explosive atmospheres, institutional relations, branding and identity, international contracts, corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions.

Experience in all aspects of management and international R&D projects.

His entrepreneurial activity was consolidated in 2006 at the helm of companies in the Leonardo Group (formerly Finmeccanica), taking care of the management, development and operation of avionics and aerospace systems and technologies, participating in the development of the Cosmo-SkyMed project (Galileo) for the launch of satellites in civil and military applications.

Selected to participate in the work of the European Commission in Brussels on 23 April 2015, representing Italy as an example of excellence among European postal operators, first to have met the requisites required by the new EU Regulation 910/2014, first to have met (in advance two years) the objectives of the European Digital Agenda Pillar V: Action 55 and Pillar VI: Action 69.

Awarded at SMAU 2015 by the Emilia-Romagna Region for innovation in communications between the Public Administration and citizens and “Smart Communities”.
